Who we are

Ingelosi Mining Group is a subsidiary of Ingelosi Holdings. The directors invested in expanding the business portfolio and established Ingelosi Mining Group. The Mining Group is a 100% South African black-owned entity with its head office based in Johannesburg and its operations in both the Northern and Western Cape regions spanning back since 2009.

Our Management Team has over 50 years of combined experience in the open cast and marine diamond mining and engineering space.

Our Structure:

The Group comprises of Xoo Qhaa Mining (Khoi name for big waters), that specializes in Alluvial and Marine diamond mining. IMP Diamonds, a registered licensed dealer for evaluating and the buying and selling rough diamonds and HRT Engineering which has a focus on the manufacturing of Hardrock Drilling tools all fall under the Mining Group’s umbrella.

Our Commitments:

The local community that lives in these areas benefits greatly from this initiative as they are employed and contracted by Ingelosi Mining Group on various projects to work with us in developing their own community through artisanal miner projects, skills training, living projects such as Community Sponsorship so they can start their own businesses, Economic Development projects such as Soup Kitchens, Wellness Awareness Clinics, and Sport Clinics.  This model has proven very successful for us over the years.
